09:00–09:15 – Welcome and introduction with Sigurð í Jákupsstovu (Rector of the University of the Faroe Islands).
09:15–09:35 – Kick-off and launch. Árni Olsen (Chair of the Faroese Tourism Association).
09:35–10:05 – Presentation of two cases

10:05–10:25 – COFFEE BREAK.
FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY IN TOURISM
10:25–11:25 – Debate on the current economic state of tourism in the Faroe Islands as seen by foreign parties. Chaired by Heri á Rógvi (Economist, Lóður): Chris Horbel (Tourism Researcher, University of Southern Denmark) and Karl Granov (CEO Balder).
NEW VISUAL COMMUNICATION
11:25–11:45 – Presentation from Development Office at Visit Faroe Islands on new signage and visual communication. Presented by Jóhan Pauli Helgason (Head of Office).
11:45–13:00 – NETWORKING LUNCH, hosted by the University of the Faroe Islands.
Buffet:
- Smoked salmon with pasta, avocade, tomates and more
- Chicken stew with peppers and rice
- Cauliflower-salad and green salad
